Event Ticket Terms and Event Cancellation Policy

1. Scope and application
This policy governs event reservations and paid ticket bookings made through Curaçao Shop.
2. Platform role
Curaçao Shop is a marketplace and ticketing platform, not the event organizer or venue operator.
3. Organizer responsibility
Event organizers are solely responsible for event legality, permits, venue permissions, schedule accuracy, event content, and event execution.
4. Free reservations and paid tickets
The platform may offer free reservations and paid tickets. Paid ticket bookings become binding once payment is successfully processed and a valid booking reference is issued.
5. Entry and ticket reference
A valid booking reference, ticket code, QR code, or designated credential may be required for entry. Invalid, duplicate, canceled, tampered, or unauthorized credentials may be rejected.
6. Customer attendance responsibility
Customers are responsible for checking event details, arriving on time, and complying with event entry conditions.
7. No-show and late arrival
No-shows and missed attendance are generally non-refundable unless required by law or expressly provided in event terms.
8. Transferability
Tickets are non-transferable unless the event listing explicitly permits transfer.
9. Cancellation and postponement
If an organizer cancels, postpones, or materially changes an event, Curaçao Shop may coordinate customer communications and applicable booking outcomes according to policy and law.
10. Refund handling
Where cancellation-related refunds are due, ticket amount treatment and any platform or service fee treatment follow this policy, applicable event terms, and legal requirements.
11. Admission disputes and justified refusal
Organizers or venues may refuse entry where legally justified, including safety concerns, intoxication, abusive conduct, fraud indicators, or non-compliance with event conditions.

13. Operational notices
Curaçao Shop may send confirmations, reminders, postponement notices, and cancellation notices through platform communications channels.
14. Payout and verification controls
Organizer payouts may be held until post-event completion and verification.
15. Policy updates
Curaçao Shop may update this policy and publish revised effective dates.
