Curaçao Shop is available to anyone aged 18 or older who can receive deliveries or arrange pickup in Curaçao. By creating an account or placing an order, you confirm that you meet these requirements and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use.

We may suspend or permanently close accounts that are used in violation of these terms.
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. The order is confirmed once your payment is processed and the partner store accepts it. Acceptance is not guaranteed — stores may be temporarily unavailable or out of stock at the time of your order.
You may request a cancellation before the partner store begins preparing your order. Once preparation has started, cancellation is not guaranteed. See our Returns & Refund Policy for details.
All prices and product availability are set by the individual partner stores. We display this information as provided to us but cannot guarantee its accuracy at all times. Prices are in Curaçaoan guilder (Cg / XCG) and are subject to change without notice.
If a pricing error occurs, we reserve the right to cancel the affected order and issue a full refund. We will notify you promptly if this happens.
Delivery times shown in the app are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to traffic, weather, high order volumes, or other circumstances outside our control. We are not liable for losses arising from late delivery.
Products listed on Curaçao Shop are sold by independent partner stores, not by Curaçao Shop directly. We act as a marketplace and are not responsible for the quality, safety, accuracy of descriptions, or legality of any product sold by a partner store.
Partner stores are solely responsible for accurately listing their products, maintaining correct inventory, and ensuring that orders are properly prepared and packaged.
If there is a problem with your order — wrong item, missing item, damaged product, or non-delivery — report it within 24 hours of receiving your order via our Customer Service help page guidance or by emailing support@curacao-shop.com.
Eligible refunds and replacements are described in our Returns & Refund Policy. Delivery fees are non-refundable unless the entire order was undelivered due to a platform or courier error.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Curaçao Shop is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the platform.
Our maximum liability for any claim related to a specific order shall not exceed the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for the actions of partner stores or couriers beyond facilitating access to our platform.
We may update these Terms of Use at any time. The updated version will be posted here with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of Curaçao. Any disputes that cannot be resolved through our customer service process shall be submitted to the competent courts of Curaçao.
